The Weight of Thoughts” explores the relentless struggle of living with an overactive mind. It captures the duality of human experience: the calm mask we present to the world, concealing the chaotic swirl of thoughts that often spiral into waves of anxiety.

At the center, the figure curls into themselves, surrendering to the chaos rather than fighting it, recognizing that resistance only breeds more unrest. The vortex of thoughts surrounds and threatens to overwhelm, yet there is a quiet acceptance—a fragile hope that the weight of these thoughts will not crush them entirely.

This piece is an intimate reflection on overthinking, mental turbulence, and the delicate balance between surrender and survival. It’s a visual meditation on the internal storms we carry, often invisible to those around us.
