There are moments in life when everything feels so heavy that we lose the ability to believe in ourselves. We wake already defeated, carrying a weight that drains our strength before the day even begins. The energy we once had feels distant, unreachable. Everything seems harder, slower, more overwhelming. Suddenly even the smallest things cut deeper, and it takes almost nothing to pull us back down.
This artwork captures that quiet collapse. The figure’s face, half-hidden beneath delicate, ghostly blossoms, seems to dissolve into the surrounding charcoal shadows. The flowers veil the eyes as if symbolizing the thoughts and emotions that cloud our vision when we’re struggling. Her expression is soft yet distant, suspended between fragility and resignation. The blurred strokes around her body create a sense of motion and unrest—like a storm happening inside rather than around her.
It’s a portrait of inner weight, of a mind swallowed by doubt, and of the silent beauty that still persists even in our most vulnerable moments.
The work allows the observer to interpret what he sees.
